Connor Rattey

Connor Rattey is a program analyst in the Department of Energy & Environment’s Urban Sustainability Administration and is executive staff to the Commission on Climate Change & Resiliency. He has been with DOEE since 2021, where he has worked to advance the District’s green building priorities through the development review process and inter-agency collaboration. Connor also provides support to the District’s Green Building Advisory Council and oversees a grant program that provides funding to innovative green building projects in the District.
