Justin A. Lini is a passionate and dedicated advocate for environmental justice and community development in the District of Columbia. Justin was a two-term Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner in Ward 7, where he was a driving force behind numerous efforts aimed at empowering underresourced communities through the MWCOG Transportation Planning Board Community Advisory Committee, the Parkside Civic Association, and Advisory Neighborhood Commission 7D’s Standing Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure. Today, he serves as a board member with the Ward 7 Resilience Hub Coalition, which aims to build resilience through environmental literacy programming that addresses the unique social, economic, and resilience needs of Ward 7’s primarily working-class African American population.
