
Sarah Edwards is a climate program analyst with DC’s Department of Energy & Environment, Urban Sustainability Administration and executive staff to the Commission on Climate Change & Resiliency. Previously, Edwards worked on the flood-prepared communities team at The Pew Charitable Trusts where she worked with state resilience leaders to develop and implement policies that would help address climate-related risks. Edwards received her Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School, where she also worked with the Virginia Coastal Policy Center, and received her bachelor’s degree from University of South Carolina.
